Process Principle of the Core Mold Vibration Cement Pipe Machine

2 min read

The core mold vibration cement pipe machine is a new technology featuring
mechanization and high automation. Although it started relatively late, it has
increasingly garnered attention and favor from the industry due to its unique
advantages. The process principles of the core mold vibration cement pipe
machine are as follows:

(1) The core mold vibration equipment adopts underground enclosed vertical
molding, with all controls operated on the ground. This completely overcomes
various unfavorable factors of ground-level production in centrifugal and
suspended roller processes, significantly improving the production and working
environments, reducing labor intensity, and facilitating safe production.

(2) Dry-hardened concrete is used with a dry production process (zero slump,
low water-cement ratio), and high concrete strength is achieved through
high-frequency vibration.

(3) Thanks to vertical production, during raw material placement, the
concrete does not need to pass entirely through the reinforcement cage from
inside to outside—as is required in centrifugal or suspended roller processes.
Therefore, the concrete is minimally affected by the spiral spacing of the
reinforcement bars. Under relevant conditions, finer-diameter reinforcement bars
can be selected as much as possible to reduce crack width or delay crack
occurrence, making the machine suitable for producing reinforcements with small
spiral densities.

(4) Due to vertical production, the joints of the core mold vibration
equipment are placed at the lower part. This fundamentally addresses the
technical defect of low joint strength in horizontal production, making it
applicable to the production of socket-and-spigot pipes and plain-end pipes.

When the core mold vibration cement pipe machine is fixed for concrete
pouring, the bridge-tunnel inflatable core mold | prefabricated hollow slab
capsule | rubber inflatable safety airbag may float. Thus, it should be firmly
secured on the top, bottom, left, and right sides. For prefabricated hollow slab
capsules | rubber inflatable airbags, the stirrup spacing is 80 cm (typically
for a φ250 mm bridge-tunnel inflatable core mold | 80 cm). If the diameter
increases, the fixing spacing should be reduced accordingly.

The concrete pouring method is essentially the same as that for solid
components. To prevent lateral movement of the bridge-tunnel inflatable core
mold | prefabricated hollow slab capsule | rubber inflatable safety airbag,
high-frequency insertion vibrators should be used for vibration from both sides
simultaneously, with contact with the airbag avoided as much as possible.
